Customers can obtain immediate support through the use of our MYSupport remote support service. To use MYSupport you must download our MYSupport client and install it. This will permit you to give our support personnel secure remote access to your computer to allow them to rectify your problem. If you are not covered by our annual service agreement, you will be advised of our support rates for this service
when you request this support.
Click here to Install the MYSupport client. When prompted if to run or save, select run and the client will be installed on your computer. After installation contact our customer support department for login information.
